The Scranton Strangler at Dunder Mifflin?!

So, I was scrolling through the Dunder Mifflin subreddit the other day (yes, I'm on Reddit, I'm hip, I know), and I stumbled upon this mind-blowing theory. User not_a_gun pointed out that in the show, the Scranton Strangler was actually at Dunder Mifflin! I mean, what?!

Apparently, in one episode, you can see a car with the license plate "SCRANTON-STRANGLE" parked in the Dunder Mifflin parking lot. And guess what? That car belongs to none other than Vance Refrigeration! I mean, sure, it could just be a coincidence, but where's the fun in that?

The Five Families of Scranton Business Park

Now, let's talk about these "five families" of Scranton Business Park. According to user goldenkazoo, the five biggest businesses in the park are Dunder Mifflin, Vance Refrigeration, W.B. Jones, Cress Tool and Die, and Disaster Kits. I guess you could say we're like the Sopranos of paper sales, but with less violence... and more beets.

And speaking of Vance Refrigeration, did you know that the owner, Bob Vance, is married to my very own Phyllis? Talk about keeping it in the family! Or the business park, I guess.

The Mystery of Gabe

Now, I'm not saying that Gabe is the Scranton Strangler, but user WatchOutRadioactiveM sure makes a compelling case. Gabe is tall, socially awkward, and from Florida. Plus, he has a fear of flying, which could explain those mysterious trips back and forth from Scranton to Florida.

But hey, I'm just spitballing here. I'm sure Gabe is a perfectly nice guy... right?

The World of Vance Refrigeration

In all seriousness, Vance Refrigeration has been a part of the Dunder Mifflin family for a long time. They're our neighbors, our friends, and sometimes, our enemies. But at the end of the day, we're all just trying to make it in the world of Scranton Business Park.
