I can't believe I'm saying this, but think is such an overused word these days. It’s like everyone thinks they're so damn clever for dropping it into every conversation. Seriously, Ray? Is everything a brain teaser now? Just thinking about it makes my head hurt.

You know what? Instead of just throwing around this word like it's the new flavor of the month, maybe we should actually try to think, you know, think? Like really give something some thought before spouting off. I mean, who has time for that in this fast-paced world? Not me, that’s for sure.

Remember when we were kids and thinking meant sitting quietly with a book or pondering deep philosophical questions? Now it's all like, "Hey, what do you think about the Kardashians?" Ugh. It's enough to make a grown man feel like he needs therapy.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that maybe we should slow down and actually use our brains instead of just using this word as a filler. Or at least save it for when you're really, really thinking about something important. Like, "Hey, have you thought about the implications of global warming?" Not, "What are you thinking for dinner tonight?"

I know I'm just grumpy old Robert here, always complaining and never actually doing anything about it. But hey, at least I showed up to help out. So let's see what we can come up with after we've had a good think, shall we?
